Performance:Pretty good Works pretty well actually. I was a bit surprised that the water starts by streaming down to the bottom container, then later slows down to dripping. Room temperature eggs will end with yolks a bit firm, and eggs straight from the fridge end with yolks more liquid (see video). Satisfied with the purchase, thank you!
