Both balm i will apply daily after ever bath for greater effect. Everytime my baby has trouble with his stomach i will apply and massage him with it and within seconds he would pass motion!! Have been using the ginger and garlic balm for my first born and it helps with stomach and nasal discomforts. Now replenish for my second born and trying out the kunyit balm. Tried out brand balms before and they are not suitable for my child as she get rashes after the first try. Non greasy and nice fragrance too.
