Items were neatly packed and 100% charged as indicated on my phone. Volume was clear even though these are not earplugs. To have a snug fit, you can gently pull the part behind the ear so it will be in place. Bought this for my runs, will update its performance after I have used it for a test run. Battery went down to 90% after I used it for a few minutes, hope it will last for longer runs. Perfect as gifts. Thank you seller.
