Opted for the option with full assembly + dismantling with disposal service (at additional $50). Delivery men were swift (all done within 20mins) in dismantling, disposal & setting up new bed frame & mattress. Great service! :)

The delivery man is very strong, only need one person to carry to my HDB unit ??. Quality is very good. Mattress is very firm which is what we wanted. Will buy from Living Mall again next time. Seller called few days before delivery date to inform the date and time of delivery. Delivery person SMS 20 mins prior to arrival. Mattresses received in good condition. Didn’t expect the item to be vacuumed. The price matches the quality of mattresses. Hope my children like it.

Firmness:Firm Ordered on Friday PM. Rec’d a call informing delivery will be done on the same day btwn 7-9pm. Super efficient. Mattress was vacuumed packed into the long slim carton. Once u cut open the plastic bag, the mattress will auto inflate back to the original shape and size.
