Exceeded my expectations. For the price point, luggage is surprisingly good, wheels are smooth and overall looks good. Ample space to hold items for a short getaway. Lock and handle works well too. Highly recommended!

Item received in good physical condition in just 5 days from the order date. Quality is decent for the price paid, the external shell seems fairly durable, it comes with protective corners though it was only for 2 instead of all 8 corners. It also features a pull strap which I think can also be used to hook light shopping bags and a 3-digit non-tsa lock. The 360° swivel wheels are smooth and rather quiet. The interior is similar to most other luggages with stretchable straps on one side and zipped flap on the other, and it also comes with a zipped netted pocket as well. Overall, though not the cheapest for a 20" luggage, I'd still say it's value for money.
