The mooncake is nice. It is not flaky although I have put it in the oven to warm up to be eaten next day after received. However, it is justifiable for the price and the sweetness is just nice for me.

But two orders of the flaky yam yolk mooncake?. Seller has prompt response, great delivery service. Items well delivered n received. Baked the pastry in an oven at low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, not too sweet at all and it’s really yummy!

Quality:Good Taste:sweetness just nice Delivery is well packed. Taste is good. The skin flakes are soft and melts in the mouth. It's not so sweet, healthier choice.

Received delivery a day in advance when i have specifically requested for Sat delivery. 1st time trying Gin Thye & their mooncake. The pure yam mooncake is not sweet, unlike other brands I have tried before. Mom & I liked their yam mooncake. Our tolerance for sweetness is very low.

Taste:The yam has generous filling, mooncake is around 120-150g. Sweetness is with moderation, not too overly sweet but is not considered a less sugar mooncake. Quality:It arrived in very nice packaging with rabbit year theme kinda like a gift. Texture is of golden crisp with just enough baking. Well maintained and presented despite the long trip with courier. For my first order it does give a very good impression and its a Singapore product (most mooncakes come from Malaysia). For this price $31 and with own delivery fleet with live tracking is impressive.

Ordered 25/07, received 27/07 ?? have always ordered the Flaky yam mooncake from Gin Thye. Not too sweet.. Never disappoint ?? tin was not dented and delivered intact thanks to the fragile sticker affixed on the bag.
