Item is well packed. Have tested the main unit and works well. The eco mode is not very loud. The main unit is not too heavy also. Am waiting for the flexible hose stock to arrive so it can be used as car vacuum also.

Noise level is acceptable. The vacuum is lightweight yet sturdy enough. Wish it had an option for wall docking station. Satisfied with my purchase. Hope it will last long.
