The stand is functional, but I noticed a dent in one of the pole supports. I reached out to the shop owner to address this issue, and to my surprise, their response was simply a "running away emoji." This lack of professionalism is quite disappointing and raises concerns about their customer service. I expected a more constructive response to my inquiry.
