Very well packaged. Took 2 days for delivery. Not difficult to set up, just remember to use your 2.4GHZ wifi. Clean much better than my old Roborock vacuum. The water is v dirty after I do 1 cleaning run with my old roborock. Love it. Paid $495 1 day after 3.3 sales… lucky didn’t buy during sale time… it was $525.

Performance:great Value For Money:great Extremely good value for money. Bought during 10.10 sale for $444. Struggles a little to climb step that is more than 2cm high. Mopping function is great, navigation is good and cover almost every corner after mapping a few times. Highly recommend.
